Our marketing emails are sent and analysed by Wix.  Wix is a Website builder in the USA.  It can gather statistics on, location and clicks using their technologies. Wix participates in and has certified its compliance with the Privacy Shield framework. They treat all personal data received from EU member countries under the Privacy Shield framework. All financial details are stored on XERO.  XERO is a data processor located in New Zealand.  Further details on XERO’s GDPR compliance can be seen on their website.

GDPR does not specify a time limit for client’s details to be retained as there are a number of lawful regulations already in place such as VAT that state data should be retained for at least 6 years.  We do look to cleanse our data every 12 months with a view to removing any data that is no longer required.

You may request access to your personal data that we collect online and maintain by contacting us at any time without charge.  We will respond within one calendar month of the request date, unless complex in which case a further two months may be claimed.
